About Me

I am an Assistant Professor in Information Systems at Desautels Faculty of Management - McGill University. 

My research focuses on managing or moderating content platforms and the economics of multi-sided platform ecosystems.  I utilize empirical models and experimental methodologies in conjunction with machine learning tools to evaluate these topics. Because user behaviors in content platforms are usually reflected in unstructured data, I also apply conventional and machine-learning-based unstructured data analysis to quantify such behavior changes. 

Prior to joining the doctoral program at Daniels School of Business (Purdue University), I worked for Cummins Inc., a Fortune 150 company, in the digital (cloud) implementation team. I have also worked as a Software Engineer in the financial services domain.
